In February, members of our club came together to share quality time, combining a Pilates class with Seanal, healthy food, meaningful conversations, and connections.
We started with the pilates class guided by Senal. Seanal Yu, a contemporary dancer born in Seoul, Korea, and a seasoned movement & strength coach. You can find her classes at Studio Hagius, Becycle & Beyond, and House of Healing Berlin. Seanal is not only an artist but also a music creator. After the class, all the members enjoyed the delicious farm-to-table brunch prepared by Olga @bethekitchen. We paired the food with delicious non-alcoholic champagne and French elderflower lemonade.
