Dream Big 21 day challenge

Summer is the perfect time to dream big. With our bodies feeling lighter and our minds a bit freer, summer provides the ideal environment to let our imaginations run wild.
This summer, we invite you to dream big with the Healthy Hedonism Club. We are embarking on a 3-week journey to design our Next Big Thing.

The format is simple: choose your dream and spend three weeks visualizing it as if it’s real, without any pressure to make it happen. We will provide facilitation materials to support you along the way. You just need to spend everyday 10 minutes to dedicate to your big dream.

How It Works

Choose Your Dream
Select a dream or project you’ve always wanted to explore. It can be anything from starting a business, writing a book, traveling to a dream destination, or launching a creative venture.

Visualize Without Limits:
Spend the next three weeks immersing yourself in the visualization process. Imagine every detail of your dream. What does it look like? How does it feel? Who are the people involved? Let your imagination run wild.

Use Our Facilitation Tools
We have partnered with a professional life and mindset coach to provide materials, such as guided meditation sessions, brainstorming techniques, creative prompts, or practical planning tools. Our goal is to help you bring your dream to life in your mind, without any pressure to act on it immediately.
Invited coach - Johanna Melchiorre. Johanna specializes in stress management and mindfulness for multi-talented freelancers and over-achievers. With the help of mind and body practices, Johanna empowers you to find a sense of balance and harmony, without compromising your personal growth.
